End User License Agreement
This is an agreement between you, the purchaser and licensee, and Marius Roosendaal. By purchasing, installing, or otherwise handling the digital typeface software (hereafter referred to as "Fonts"), you accept the terms of this agreement. If you do not accept these terms, you may not download, request, or use any Marius Roosendaal Fonts.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Fonts on a maximum of [1-3] desktop devices, as specified at the time of purchase. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to the Fonts. You are acquiring the right to use the Fonts under the terms of this agreement.
This license covers desktop use only. The Fonts may not be used for web embedding, in mobile applications, or any other digital platforms beyond desktop use.
You may provide the Fonts to a graphic designer, printer, or other service bureau working on your behalf, provided they agree to use the Fonts exclusively for your projects, comply with the terms of this agreement, and do not retain any copies of the Fonts after the work is completed.
You may not modify, alter, or adapt the Fonts in any way, nor may you commission a third party to do so. Renaming the Fonts or creating derivative works is strictly prohibited.
You are granted a perpetual license to use the Fonts in printed materials, logos, and desktop-based designs as part of any marketing or communication activity. However, this license does not apply to distribution or public sharing of the Fonts, whether modified or unmodified.
You agree to use the Fonts at your own risk. Marius Roosendaal shall not be held responsible for any legal claims or damages arising from the usage of the Fonts.
All sales are final. If you mistakenly purchase the wrong Font you may contact us for an exchange within fourteen (14) days of purchase, subject to availability and Marius Roosendaal’s discretion.
Any breach of this agreement may result in the termination of your license to use the Fonts. You will have thirty (30) days to remedy any breach. If the breach is not corrected within that time, your license will be terminated, and you must destroy all copies of the Fonts, including any backups.
All Fonts created by Marius Roosendaal, whether for retail or commission, remain the intellectual property of Marius Roosendaal. This includes any custom characters or modifications created for a specific client. Fonts may not be shared or transferred under any circumstances without prior written consent from Marius Roosendaal.
Marius Roosendaal reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this agreement.
